Happy belated 2010 to everyone.

2009 was a big year for us, we are very proud of what we were able to accomplish during that time. We did our first full U.S. tour, seeing with our own eyes the places that we had always set out to visit. We also released an EP that we love and loved making, and played a sold out release show that really touched and inspired all of us. Not to mention, we played the final show at 7 Durant in Lowell, Mass, fittingly making the last song to ever be played there "7 Durant".

One of the things I am most grateful for when it comes to this band is the relationships that I have built with people as a result of it. We've seen some people come and go, and been through a lot, but I can honestly say that they will all have a special meaning to me for as long as I live. We got the chance to play in Austin, TX and meet a few of the most down to earth and amazing people we've ever known. I was lucky enough to have them stay with me in New Jersey as they passed through on tour, and we had some great times. One of those people was a guy named Jon Pettis, who tragically lost his life in a house fire this past fall. I will always remember Jon and his brutally honest outlook on life. He knew it was short and knew it was tough, and the best way to make the most of it was to do what you love, at full speed, and don't let fucking anyone or anything tell you otherwise. Thank you Jon, the world will miss you...

We are very early into this new year, but we are getting ready to buckle down this weekend coming up and record the first few new songs for our 2nd full length record, which we are hoping to release sometime in 2010.

We will be announcing some March tour dates soon, and are playing at the South by Southwest Festival in Austin, TX as well. Any cities we missed during the March tour, we will be covering some time in May. Too many good people to visit and play music with!

I can't even express how lucky I feel to be able to write and play with the people I do. We are driven and more determined than ever to make a great record, and I couldn't ask for anything more.

So we have been writing a new record. Pretty good news if you like our band, right?

We are all beyond excited to be doing this new LP, the last full length record we did was pieced together over a really long period of time, then completely disposed of, and re-recorded again over another really long period of time, which took away from the experience. Personally, what I am most excited for is writing these songs and doing the extensive pre-production before the studio- make Steve proud :)

The songs are going to be great, seriously. We can't wait to release this record, with the new backing we have as well as the people who are helping to take our band to new places. Over the past 4 years we have been through a lot, and I think everyone in the band finally feels confident in each other, as well as the direction we are taking.

Just to let everyone know, We WILL be playing shows throughout the recording process, a few in the greater Northeast will be announced soon.

Finally- We will be shooting a video very soon, judging by the current treatment we are working with now, this video will be an amazing amount of fun for anyone who would be interested in being in it. WE NEED AS MANY PEOPLE AS POSSIBLE! We will be providing an email in the next week or so, where anyone who is interested can reply.

We will make sure to update as often as possible, even with some videos and other cool stuff to peep on. Take care!

Hey guys.

I feel like it's been a while since we've given an update on our status as a band. First off, we're done with shows for the rest of the summer - and we've all been relaxing for the past couple of weeks: working jobs, watching baseball, surfing, and doing drunken karaoke at Richeez bar in (Hynella?). We've set up shop in Pat's bedroom to start writing our new full length record this fall. We're very excited. If all goes according to schedule, we'll be back into the Gradwell House this December to begin the recording process. We won't be totally dissapearing as we'll be playing weekend shows throughout the fall (in & out of state). Speaking of Gradwell, We'll be heading in there in the next week or so to record the full band version of "A Year Plus One Month" that everyone has been hasseling us for. Sorry for the delay! We're going to throw it up online for free when we have it. Thats basically everything WE are doing. If thats not enough for you guys to chew on, you'll have to look us up individually and see for yourself. Most of us are on here, twitter, and facebook. We're friendly. Don't be afraid to throw us a bone or two. Hope you're all having a fun and safe summer.

Tour thus far..

What a great time it has been so far. I wish I had some pictures to post on here, but there's been no time to upload them, soon enough they will arrive!

The drive down to Metairie, LA was long, but well worth it. We had a great time playing at The High Ground, we met some super cool kids, and got a little taste of New Orleans! Next show was Houston, which was interestingly entertaining. Met some awesome dudes in this band Charmed I'm Sure (Check em out!) as well as Jim and his ol' lady. Two of the best characters I have met in my entire life, for good and sometimes not so good reasons.

Spent the last 2 days in Austin, hangin with our buddy Gene and the dudes from Bankrupt and the Borrowers, and what an incredible time its been. If you haven't seen it for yourself, seriously come down here. We were blown away by the music scene on 7th street, how friendly and great everyone has been, and not to mention to awesome scenery in this city. Austin, TX may not sound like a prototypical vacation spot, but if you enjoy live music you wont be disappointed! Thanks to James, Gene, and all the rest of the dudes for putting us up in a sweet apartment and showing us an awesome time, we loved it!

Off to El Paso tonight for a show at SOHO Cocktail Lounge, then the madness of heat in Arizona begins, check back here we'll have pictures and videos and lots of exciting things to check out!

Hey everyone!

Thank you SOOOOOO much to everyone that came to the Auction House last night for the release show. We truly had a blast and I don't think we could have scripted a better start to our busy summer. The Atomic Square, By Surprise, & Coalmine Canary were all awesome! They're all busy this summer as well so keep yourself updated on where they will be.

Today is GREENWOODSTOCK in Delaware. We play @ 7:35! The whole show starts @ noon. We'll be hanging all day, so come early. Lets eat some veggie burgers!

After the show, we're heading out for about six weeks worth of shows around the entire United States!
